The reason for that is because he's thinking to do a good thing by donating blood.    And yes.....this a very noble goal.  But actualy Tattoo Donor wants to start a discussion with Cristiano Ronaldo about what is better for humanity.....to donate blood....or to donate a tattoo to charity or to the future Tattoo Donor Foundation.
